Re: Day 31 water fast maybe time to transition to juice/water fast or break fast not sure.
I have lately been dizzy, faint ,lightheaded when just walking around. I posted that not sure whats up can't see actually how not taking in any salt at all for 31 days can be good thing. Low salt causes low blood pressure and bet mine has fallen off the map!
So thinking either try salt pill or start to drink some juice as most has some salt in it. I don't quite want to break the fast totally and start to refeed just yet wanted to lose still another 5 or so
pounds minimum am 220 but would like to at least make 215 or even 210. I could possibly do juice for a few days and then water a few and sequencee that for a bit or try to drink minimal juice and see how I feel .I can't deal with the fainting feeling when going around can't stay stuck in house 24/7 and even in house just walking around didn't feel so good today.I dont' think its dehyration and not sure what else it could be.I may have made mistake drinking 8 to 10 a day here its not needed and you actually need much less water on fasting since not using any for digestion. And also starting to read people actually only need about 4 8
oz glasses of water a day and get a lot just from almost every food.
And drinking 8 to 10 might have just flushed out all salt faster making blood pressure lower faster.
And drank filtered tap water only distilled for first few days as it tasted dreadful to me.
So maybe go off the 99%
Water Fast and go to some juice maybe minimal amounts first and then transition to juice near 40th day mark and then go to solid food after that in refeeding. Was thinking to repeat maybe 30 day
Water Fast but now thinking maybe 21 or 14 day juice fasts repeated every month or so if not losing weight fast enough might be enough.or maybe can just stop soon exercise and do intermittent fasting or eating only when hungry one meal a day type of program.
I have talked to a lot of thin people lately and most of them don't exercise at all! they simply eat when hungry and many only eat once a day or twice tops but very lightly with very occasional snacking. My own son the only thin one in family basically does this.never eating breakfast except very occasional breakfast bar during the week, light lunch and supper but he almost never snacks .
Sometimes he skips both breakfast and lunch and only eats supper.
It definitely works for him and he don't do any exercise at all fact is couch potato. he is 5ft 10 and weighs 144. And stayed at that weight for maybe year or more. Another guy today that was 5ft 8 and 150 told me at his 12 hour a day job he has light breakfast and misses lunch most every day then has reasonable supper but really isn't even that hungry. And not much into snacks. He said has kept at that weight for years at that job. maybe some useful advice in there.
