Day 28.Not much new. Weight still 223 ish.Sometimes weight stays same for day or so then starts dropping again. Did treadmill yesterday today maybe do bike tonite. Dont usually do treadmill on weekends just 5x week. Take usual green tea capsules maybe 3 today.

Felt terrible yesterday afternoon almost passed out when in store shopping. I had let my water consumption drop to 2 glasses and usually have 4 to 6 by that time in day. I shoot for 8 to 10 use my urine color as my guide. Urine should be light yellow or clear. Dark is dehydation its getting concentrated. its from dehyration not detox as some on here like to think.
I didn't pass out was luckly and got home and guzzled down 4 glasses and was fine after that. Was ready to quit the fast.

But feel ok today will drink few glasses shortly and not get behind today.Very important people.

Tips from me are to drink green tea few cups day or use caps. Green tea better than coffee and ups metabolic rate better than coffee.Try to do aerobics 5x week on fast to lose weight faster.You can try weights but might be dangerous on water you simply aren't usually as strong on water as juice at least I dont' think I am.

And keep your water at around 8 to 10 glasses check urine color.
Do these things and long Water Fasts are possible I am proof coming 30 days monday. That said do not try to do 40 day moses/jesus type fasts if you are not overweight and especially if you are already underweight. Death comes around day 60 for men at 15% bodyfat women bit earlier and if you are like 10% or less most aren't but some then your life might be over at like 40 days not worth the risk.

If you are thin fast for shorter times like 7,14,21 maybe. No need to be some fasting hero!
