Chloe, from what i read this cure is supposed to help even if you are not 100% raw.. i find being 100% is unrealistic anyways especially in winter! But it seems like you have a very good diet already, and incorporating more green vegetables is always a good idea! These have a lot of minerals and vitamins esp. if you are not eating a lot of meat and dairy.
