Re: Eyebrow Area Swollen

The only oil I'm using is Coconut Oil (alone & in food), plus a little from beef. I'm going to use Oil of Oregano and maybe Woodworm to see if there are any changes.

Because my main problem seems to be with grains, I think I don't have much option but to eat meat & vegetables (still need to try eggs again). I'm cooking at around 160 F.

Have coconut flour, which seems to be my only flour/grain alternative, but don't know of "hypoallergenic" recipes, or if baked foods are advised. Recipes don't work well if not using another flour, and most require eggs, or the flaxseed alternative doesn't work (pancakes).

Organic corn (chips made with Sunflower oil & salt) seems to be more tolerable than other grains, maybe lentils (will keep testing), too

I have the Nourishing Traditions (Sally Fallon), and Know Your Fats (Mary G. Enig) books, but I see some conflicting info when compared to books like The Anti-Inflammation Diet & Recipe Book (Jessica K. Black).

I wonder if meat/sat fat are not helpful when dealing with inflammation, or possible IBS/leaky gut.

I bought some probiotics, gluthatione, and enzymes. I'm not so sure about Pancreatin, as you don't know the source (pig probably), but is from Twinlab, have been recommended in these forums, and plant-based enzymes use Aspergillus (mold).

I also started sunbathing each day. I didn't mention I spent years without taking a good dose of sunshine, or getting fresh air (humidity here is above 60%).

Because ENT wasn't helpful, I'm going to see an ophthalmologist for what looks like a lachrymal gland-eyebrow inflammation/drainage issue. ENT saw no drainage problems, but some questions were not clear, as I don't remember the last time I cried. Interestingly, I read that allergies can manifest as swelling of one eye.

I've had MCS since I was a kid, which disappeared when I reached 12 years old (puberty), then came back in my 30's, so I attribute it to vaccines during my childhood (autoimmune disorder).

I only had a Tetanus & an Antibiotic shot before the MCS returned (separated by maybe 1-3 years to give an idea). Never taken an Influenza shot, and never will.

About the mercury, is there an expert or good post about chelation, besides holistic DDS or intravenous treatments, is there more accessible ways to do it?

Whenever I have to replace an amalgam, I ask for resin. When the Amalgam ingestion happened (it fell off so I sensed like dirt in my mouth), the DDS used amalgam, and I asked for its replacement with resin.

Finally, I have a hard acrylic mouthguard to train jaw muscles not to clench. DDS suggested it when she saw how short my teeth nerves were, and what I think contributed to the root canal. Thing is I'm having acidity in the morning, which is not good for the sinuses (inflammation), the acrylic material could be responsible (I get acidity from water stored in polyethylene bottles). I did notice that after disinfecting the mouthguard with Iodine solution, my heart accelerates a bit when I put it in my mouth, so the material could leach chemicals in the saliva, which affects my stomach.

I really appreciate your help and hope to identify the issues.
