Re: Eyebrow Area Swollen
Sounds close to what I had to do (lack of food variety), except for the 4-day rotation of vegetables, and one vegetable a day.
Does
Celery does anything to yeast/fungus? The day before I got kind of weak I ate rabbit and
Celery around 4 PM, but it could have been cold symptoms, just wasn't a familiar feeling.
(*) What about Turmeric, Echinacea, Chlorella (to bind to mercury in the intestines), Diosmin (lymphs), Milk Thistle, DGL, Papaya Enzymes, or daily freshly-ground Flaxseed for Omega-3 and the fiber to clean the intestines?
Interestingly, the Source Naturals' sublingual reduced Gluthatione says molybdenum activates the enzymes aldehyde oxidase and sulfite oxidase, which may provide support for chemically sensitive individuals (first time I see a reference to MCS). I felt a bit of pressure/pain when taking this product, bad thing is it has sorbitol/mannitol, will keep looking.
(*) So I shouldn't add onions/garlic/peppers/tomatoes when having one vegetable? If I use onions, is that all I can eat, even if it is not enough food, more like an additive? So in the afternoon I can only eat onions, unless I eat meat again, or eggs?
With all this meat it doesn't worry me much if I have one meal a day, as I'm not going to loose muscle mass. Right now I'm not hungry and I don't eat after 4 PM, and eat meats before 12 PM.
I take a New Chapter multivitamin (better than non-whole-food vitamins). Many supplements (not herbal) like L-glutamine are fermented, but Jarrow uses bacterial fermentation.
(*) I have no cravings for sugars, or anything else, but what about starchy roots, I would have some more options, like mashed green bananas, or cassava root, etc. If a fruit is not ripe, it is safe?
(*) I stopped drinking green tea because of the caffeine, but is not like I crave for caffeine, it makes no difference. Do you see a problem with Sencha tea?
I just realized I could go to a dermatologist, rather than an ophthalmologist. I'll talk to another dentist in a couple of days about complications of
root canal and the connection to the eyebrow inflammation (I saw 12 causes for brow inflammation at another website, sinus issues being one, and teeth abscess I think).
I spent some time in Colombia and always thought about
parasites (I'm not craving anything, like sugars, not that yeast isn't pertinent). Also, Dengue is endemic where I live, but have no idea if I had it, I did suffer from Cellulitis twice when I was a kid because of mosquito bites.
