Re: Eyebrow Area Swollen

You can eat any combination of most vegetables you like. The reason I find it better to eat one per day is that it's easier to keep track of which ones to avoid for 4 days. If you eat a salad with 6 vegetables in it, then you have to avoid all 6 of those vegetables for 4 days. If you do the same thing the next day with 6 other veggies, it could become extremely difficult to remember what you should eat and what you should avoid.

Another good reason to eat as few ingredients as possible is because you may have a reaction to what you eat. Fewer ingredients makes it easier to figure out what you reacted to.

Unfortunately, I don't have all the answers about which foods or herbal supplements are OK and which ones aren't. You can find websites which give that advice. I found websites by someone named Bee to be useful. There is a candida discussion group elsewhere on this site, though some people there have some pretty strange ideas.

Mainly, I found foods which I wasn't intolerant to and now I rotate them through the week. I have a grocery delivery service, and I order enough of each vegetable to eat it for every meal of one day.

As for foods / supplements you're not sure about whether or not they're OK, I recommend following the diet strictly for a week or so (it takes 4 days for the Sugar to get out of your system). Then, try the food/supplement in question and see how you feel. A multivitamin is a good idea since it may be hard to get all the vitamins you need on the diet.

Also, you may already be intolerant to some foods. It's important to identify those foods and eliminate them from your diet.

I highly recommend that, if you suspect another cause of the yeast problem, that you take care of that problem because it would be impossible to take care of the yeast problem with just the diet and supplements if there is an underlying cause. I think your root canal is looking like a likely cause. Mercury from silver fillings is another common cause.

Good luck. I hope you clear this problem up as soon as possible.
