Eyebrow Area Swollen
Hi,
I noticed some months ago that my right eyebrow area wasn't draining like the left one. At times both look the same, but then the left one clears up and I can see the upper eyelid.
The tissue under the eyebrow and above the upper lid is stretched, but when I drain the area with my fingers, I see an improvement, but is only temporary.
I don't remember the last time I saw some improvement, but have noticed allergic reactions to many foods. It could have happened (not sure) this last Summer when I had a bad bacterial infection (swollen left side of face) after the dentist open it up for a
root canal (to let it dry).
The infection lasted for a week, until I took a strong antibiotic. At first I thought my left upper eyelid was swollen because that was the side of the root canal, but then realized it was the right eyebrow area that was the one swollen.
I went to an ENT who found nothing wrong and made no recommendations, but to ignore it. He said it wasn't sinus drainage or lachrymal gland drainage, but I told him I used to sense some pain on the side of the nose when I drained the eyebrow area with my fingers (probably was congested at the time).
I'm working on some diet and supplementation, but is hard when I feel I react to most foods (overly sensitive?). I think is allergic because I feel the taste/smell of mucus is the same as when I have a sinus infection (immune system involve?), and have a sensation in the throat, but nothing too bad. Is just that it happens with too many foods (Quinoa being my last hope, and some corn, maybe).
I also had two occasions when I ingested
Amalgam material that broke from my teeth, too.
I also suffer from Multiple Chemical Sensitivity, but again is only headaches, nothing life threatening.
Finally, I know at some point I saw some improvement even though I didn't make the connection to
food allergies , but don't know what could have caused it, maybe trying to drain by hand or Qi exercises, but not sure, I think I was still eating gluten and other food I know avoid.
