Tjhooper,
How long were you on the candida diet before you saw improvement? And are on still on it? I was on the diet for a few months, but I saw ni improvement. However, I think I ate wheat instead of white flour and still took supplements. But I no longe rhad Sugar or bread cravings after diet so I know I must have gotten rid of the candida if I had it.
