The problem with this is that it is often the case where the mother cannot look after a child, this is why she may choose not to give birth in the first place. What if this is also the case for the father, he cannot look after a child.

What about rape and incest, why should a woman who has already been the victim of a crime, be forced to give birth to a child that is the result of this crime. Then have to look after this child??
