It comes down to self awareness, when one is locked into survival mode, there is not a lot of time for self reflection or self awareness.

This is also why abortion happens, sometimes it is the only option when a woman is in survival mode, and none of us can judge the decision made, either way.

For many women, there is condemnation no matter what they decide, so they will choose what is best for them.
