i only recognise pure intent when i see it delivering a message calmly. so this time i was convinced of your sincere wish to transmit something extremely important.

i gave your post the time it deserved and went back to the beginning; the origins of the hygiene movement and began by keying in your reference to the 'Law of Vital Accommodation' scrolled down and read this site 'http://naturalhygienesociety.org/past3.html'. a very good place to start it seems. and as i read i thought of my dear brother and the inflammation my mother said was gradually sapping his energy, just as that site was describing.

so now my DVDs will have to wait :-) as i shall be spending the next few days researching much deeper into this great self healing ability of the body than i've ever done before.
