one would think so but it wouldn't necessarily put an end to a mutational gene expression (caused initially by whatever micro or macro-environmental influences) deep in the prostate cell's DNA and which now expresses the faulty glycolipids especially if the mutation is of the gene deletion type since fasting will not grow back a gene that has been amputated. but if a cancer cell has translocation rather than deletion of genes, then there's a better chance that fasting might correct the sequencing and return it to its correct parking space.
