I've only had sex with 2 people in my entire life, and am most definitely HIV negative.

You do not have to have sex to contract HIV, but that is a whole other issue.

I'm having serious problems with candidiasis.

Not at all. Candida can overgrow in part due to immune suppression. There are numerous things that can lead to immune suppression such as stress, nutritional deficiencies, lack of flora, medications............ A person with AIDS does not necessarily have an infection, they have immune suppression.
