For me, I just have a pretty constant 'nervous stomach' and everyone knows what that is like! Even when it's not 'nervous' it can be 'set off' easily.

Perhaps that's what dizzie means?

Possibly, but I hate to guess at what vague descriptions mean so I will wait for a more detailed response.
