Yes it's wonderful that you do that. Salt the f*** out of your food as well. As AF progresses, aldosterone reduces dramatically. Aldosterone regulates fluid and electrolytes, so lower amounts of this hormone DECREASE salt levels in your blood.
Do you crave salt?
First thing in the morning, when you get up, do Sea Salt in water. 8 oz. with 1/2 tsp. of Sea Salt . This bolsters aldosterone, and that recommendation is from Lam. Then do your breathing.
Remember: good fat, protein and small amount of starchy, unrefined carbs.
