Vit C and Pantothenic Acid are necessary for nourishing Adrenals back to health. What I need is something for the stress that my depleted Adrenals leave me with while I'm nourishing them. Everything is too stimulatory to me. Too fight or flight. I need something supplement or adaptogen wise that can "slow me down".
As far as herbs go the nettle leaf and Chinese licorice root are your best choices since you have problems with ashwagandha. Nettle is also supportive to other areas of the body such as the kidneys, liver, thyroid, connective tissues, etc.
