I'm taking both Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid caps and Acerola Berry powder separately) and Pantothenic Acid (caps only) and have noticed an improvement but I've also been taking the following adaptogens Yucca Root, Nettle Leaf, Licorice Root, Schisandra Berry so I don't know how much these are factoring into it.
Why won't I be able to clear the byproducts and metabolites? What are the byproducts and metabolites?
I don't think Hv would recommend things that would make Adrenal fatigue worse since he is a big advocate of their importance to our health.
