Thanks for posting that article! I was excited when I read that sweet potatoes and corn have so much chromium - I've actually been eating those a lot more lately so I'm glad to learn that it was actually helping me... I have noticed the same when I eat protein.. fats and carbs seem to help me the most.. and protein by itself would almost always bring on a Sugar crash afterwards. I will do some research on the B vitamins and hypoglycemia..
