I don't know why the garlic causes all that rumbling/bloating, but it does. My broth does have other sugars from the beets and carrots in it, so i don't know if its candida-related rumbling/bloating/gas. I'll go along w/ what some others have advised me, to keep what i eat fairly simple and mono post-WF.
The major thing i've taken away for future reference from this Refeed is Veggie-YES, Fruit-NO for me. Only took 7 full days to figure that one out...duh. I'm still amazed that even minimal amounts of citrus juices caused me SUCH great weakness.
Thanks for all your input :) Let me know if you figure out the digestive intolerances you've had. I too plan on reading more on that subject.
