watermelon, juiced (it has that wonderful texture)is one of the mildest things on earth--good for babies even.
The veg. broth sounds like a good thing. Organic, right?
I should add, (to amend my other message) ginger calms the stomach/digestion, which is why they make those "travellor's" candies with it, yet it might be suppressing needed digestive fire, if added to the broth. Maybe better to take it between meals, in kombucha.
