Re: Scar tissue and the colon

Hey,

I didn't read anything about liver or parasite cleansing. There is a link on top of the curezone home page for cleansing with the different types they recommend for an overall program to improve health. The liver aids in digestion and may be part of this.

I'd been constipated for decades. My digestion took a huge leap forward when I did a parasite cleanse, then a bowel cleanse. (I'd also done a few liver flushes.) I discarded over a thousand liver flukes (a liver parasite).

After this, I was more regular and frequent than I'd ever been. But to keep it consistent, I need to eat many vegetables daily, lots of plant fiber. A bad diet (which likely caused it in the first place) will make you constipated. If I go on vacation and eat meat/chease/bread for 4 days, I start to feel constipated again, but at least going back to salads and soups and apples brings back my regularity.

Good luck!
