If you get to the point where you begin believing that surgery is your only alternative, it probably isn't.

You might be surprised at how many people rely on the old fashioned cleansing enema daily or every other day to maintain regularity and don't really mind it.

Regular enemas a far preferable alternative to either surgery or continuing constipation in my opinion.

I'm not referring to using the chemical Fleet disposable units, just warm salt solution from an enema bag.
