Hi Walrus,

A couple of things....do you have endometreosis? That can cause colon issues if it's adhering to your colon (mine was). You can read up on it at: http://www.endometriosis.org/


Also, raw, unpasteurized saurkraut is a good source of enzymes, probiotics & fiber...can really help move the bowels along. Finally, I have found that the probiotics that have bifidus in them help me move my bowels while others tend to constipate me. The one I'm currently using is by Nature's Way & is call Primadophilus Bifidus....maybe these things could help.
