Scar tissue and the colon

I had surgery about 7 yrs ago. The last few years don't really know how long. I've been suffering with constipation. I've tried numerous things to get back tyo normal and nothing is working I am thinking I have scar tissue building up around my colon and therfore is blocking my stool from passing normally. I've done irrigations both at home and professional, taking probotics, enzymes, healthy eating, now I'm trying the food combing thing and I don't know if this will be the trick either. I would like to know if anyone knows of anything I can do before I go to the doctor. Please anything to prevent another surgery! I've tried I think everything. I don't want to spend the rest of my life with this problem if it continues if it had not already started I might develop poylops.
