I like your list and the explanations of what each item is useful for, but I wonder why you do not include olive leaf, which many consider as one of the best natural anti-virals?
Because there are much better choices for antivirals than olive leaf. Olive leaf is merely a protease inhibitor. I can get that from green tomatoes or a raw red potato. Many other antiviral herbs have more beneficial effects such as chaparral that is also an adrenal builder and a mitosis inhibitor. Or pau d' arco that 18 antivirals and 5 anti-inflammatories.
