I would be drinking at least 8 ounces per day of Colloidal Silver . If you're using distilled water you need to run it for at least 4-5 hours to get it close to 20 ppm. Better yet get one of these to make it much easier. It has an automatic turn off.
The weight lifting isn't a very efficient way to get into real functional shape. Probably overworking your body and exhausting you.
The Combat conditioning book on this site is and excellent way to get started. After you get done exercising you feel better instead of exhausted and weak.
