Cool. I feel better after reading your experience. At least, I know there is light at the end of the long tunnel which I just started walking through.
I do have many side effects for the last 2-3 months when started using BB protocol.
I felt very weak for the first 6 weeks. To such extend that I have to stop weight training completely. BTW, I just started again this week and I seem to feel better, although I am still much weaker than before I started the protocol. At least, the tide has turn to the positive direction.
May be it is due to the shaking of the fingers and muscle on the forearm during BE, the joint at elbow has persistant pain which I am unable to do chin up ( and any weight exercise involved with this part of muscle ) any more.
There are couple of old illness, seems to all resurface again. Like gential herpes outbreak, bleeding outside anal, etc
They are mostly gone now.
The adult Acne on my cheeks is getting worst. I used CS gel but it does not help much.
I will continue for another 2-4 months and hope the reward will be coming soon.
