Re: Liver care for poor old livers!

Oh no my gut is not healed. Sadly it's not. But it WAY better than it used to be. Yes it would burn the whole length and be sore to the touch. And Yes supps made it burn much worse. Just gave up on them until recently. I am surprised I'm doing so well with my new liver mix :-).

The candida damaged the lining so bad and then my liver couldn't digest any food so it would pour out toxic bile every day. My God it was awful and it went like that for years. So where I am now is truly a miracle compared to that!

I used to use the Livatone Plus which is wonderful but I guess I became imtolerant after I used it several years. Now I am taking Liver Complex by Solgar ( has milk thistle, tumeric and schizandra ) And also am using seperately Lipoic acid, N-acetyl cystein, taurine, methionine, L-carnithinine, glutathione ( this one may not be necessary because NAC supposedly helps your body make glutathione ) Vit C and E.
I just started using branch chain amino acids because I read they're good for folks that exercise a lot. Dunno if it's necessary though. I'm still trying to learn about the role of amino acids. Interesting.
