You're looking at disease in a completely wrong way.
As I said before, almost all disease is caused by:
1. Toxins
2. Pathogens (Infection)
3. Poor Diet (too little or too much of nutrients)
YOUR BODY CAN HEAL ITSELF IF YOU DEAL WITH THE 3 ISSUES ABOVE!
Oxygen Therapy deals with the first two almost perfectly. You should do the liver cleanse though on a regular basis, at least, to help with the toxins. The colon and kidney cleanses may be necessary too. There is an easy liver cleanse that works pretty well:

Go to the store and buy some Hydrogen Peroxide. Normally you should get "Food Grade", so it doesn't have any stabilizers in it. However, this is probably hard to find outside of the Internet. If you can't find "Food Grade", it's still fine because the pro's definitely outweigh the con's. It may have a small amount of toxic stabilizers, but the
H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) is going to break those down anyway. (Or you can buy a Oxygen Therapy supplement like the ones I listed in my previous post).
Put 3 drops in a glass of water. The water should be distilled or filtered but again it's not necessary because the pro's will definitely outweigh the con's.
Take 3 times a day. The next day add a drop. So that's 4 drops in a glass of water 3 times a day. Then 5 drops in a glass of water 3 times a day. Keep adding a drop everyday. I don't know the maximum number of drops (search "Hydrogen Peroxide Therapy"), but you should eventually feel a strong amount of oxygen running through your system. And you should also notice some detox reactions. When you get to that point, then you may consider sticking with that number of drops. You could keep increasing, but you might get too strong of a detox reaction, and you may eventually upset your stomach.
As I said before, I now can eat large amounts of calcium and still not have any symptoms of hyperparathyroidism. Why? Because I cleaned myself out (toxins, pathogens) with Oxygen Therapy.
Your symptoms are much too strong for it too be psychological.
You need to change the way you look at disease.
