I forgot. I did avoid calcium for a while.
Sorry. It came to my mind last night that I did have to avoid calcium for a while, along with iodine. I was taking a mineral supplement that had a lot of calcium in it which probably contributed to my problems. However, I can take a lot of calcium now from foods and I don't have any problems. So it might be more the form of calcium. Calcium carbonate and calcium phosphate are fillers that they put in supplements and probably aren't good for the body (difficult to metabolize).
I did have to avoid calcium also in it's natural form (food) until my symptoms went away. I think you should avoid calcium now in any form until you see improvement, so cheese isn't a good idea for you now. Again, I do eat lots of calcium now and don't suffer from any symptoms.
I know I had a major infection with toxins that came along with it. Hopefully, in your case, you just have excess calcium. But did you suddenly change your diet or start taking a supplement which added a lot more calcium than before??? I still think you should get on Oxygen Therapy to clean toxins out and get at any infection.
Do liver cleanses. There is any easy one which works pretty well:

Just do it on an empty stomach like when you go to bed.
Cleaning your kidneys is also important, so your body will flush out the excess calcium.
Also, Vitamin C is a must. However, a lot of Vitamin C supplements are Calcium Ascorbate, so you should probably try to get it from foods, or make sure the supplement doesn't have calcium in it. Remember Vitamin C is destroyed by heat, so don't cook the foods rich in Vitamin C.
To answer your questions, yes, I did have your symptoms. Also, I have made a full recovery on my own. Don't worry, you can too.
