The parathyroid glands aren't the same organ as the thyroid. The reason people are asking you about them is because they control calcium. Here is a little quote from Wikepedia about them:

The parathyroid glands are small endocrine glands in the neck that produce parathyroid hormone. Humans have four parathyroid glands, which are usually located behind the thyroid gland, and, in rare cases, within the thyroid gland or in the chest. Parathyroid glands control the amount of calcium in the blood and within the bones.

It seems everyone wants you to post all of your results, whether normal range or not, before they start advising you as they give a lot of helpful information.
