Hi Patrick - It's unfortunate that it's difficult to find a good ND in Germany. Can you get a referral from someone you know, or find one over the Internet? finding a good ND is extremely important in one's recovery. Is there any way you can get a saliva test on your own? Are supplements readily available in stores or over the Internet?

You might want to do some detoxification. It's best to start with colon cleansing, then do liver, kidney and other types. I can give you more information on this if you'd like. I hope this helps.
