I have never seen any real evidence that magnesium stearate is toxic. Stearates are also found naturally in meat fats. It has not killed us yet. And the tiny amounts we are exposed to in tablets are hardly enough to do anything serious to the body. The toxicity is very low and our systems are designed to deal with toxin exposure, which even includes too much vitamins. I think the whole issue is nothing more than another one of those Chicken Little the sky is falling rumors going around the internet like the ones about soy and canola.
