Re: liver cleanse
Got any recommendations for a B vitamin product??
In general most vitamin B supplements are manufactured by only a few companies then private labeled. So there is very little difference in quality. For a general B vitamin supplement I recommend B50. Some people take B100s, but this is a waste. As I point out to them if you take a B50 your urine turns bright yellow as you cannot utilize all the B vitamins in the capsule. If you cannot utilize all the B vitamins in a B50 then there is no way to utilize twice as much in a B100.
For people with low stomach acid, the elderly, or those with pernicious anemia I recommend doing sublingual B6, B12, and folate.
For natural B sources there are nutritional yeast, bee pollen, and seaweeds. B12 is pretty much impossible to get from plants though, so you will have to rely on meats, eggs, or supplements for this one.
