Will this also help it to heal if there is any damage, with proper nutrition.

I've started to take 'intramax' got everything in it, as a supplement, as 98% digestiable, to get pass the low acid problem,and low assilation of nutrients, it might even solve it if i can absorp the nutrients i need.

Easier to take one capful, then lots of different things that don't work. It might even have bitters, will check the ingredients. This has got some liver support ingredients in it, milk thistle etc. Only took first dose this morning so time will tell on its effectiveness. The trouble is very pricey, but supposed to be very good, but do i need all the stuff in it, i ask myself.

So these bitters also stimulate stomach acid, i believe you said in another post

I will look into the bitters, if there is some in my product, it will be small amount anyway.

I saw a tv programme recently where a guy who was only 26 ate alot of fine foods, pate etc, high fat, and they did a scan and he had alot of fat in his liver. Over a couple of months on the right food, the liver looked alot better, showing much less fat, so just a healthy Diet seems to deal with that issue.
