This might sound like a stupid question.

When the bitters cause liver to flush do you feel it happen?

Will detox symptoms arise?

All you will really feel will be the detox symptoms. These will be mild diarrhea, fatigue, and muscle weakness. If these will occur and how strong will depend on the person. They are usually very mild though if at all and don't last for more than a few days. Just remember to drink plenty of water throughout the day when using them.
