Re: Do I need some acid ? Worth a try?
If you get a high brix food, you will naturally get the acids bound to the alkaline minerals... it is the way things work...
Agricultural chemicals disrupt plant metabolism AND, limit the mineral composition of the plants for a number of reasons.
As a matter of fact, I would look at the chemical fertilization of plants with a few minerals like NPK, or whatever, the same as I would supplementing one or more minerals in an isolated supplement form.
That is why ML recommends Kelp and dilute BSM mixes for the soil...
This is what ML harps on when people go running amok after the next single element\mineral...
Do not misunderstand me though... as I recognize the usefulness of a supplement, in the "right" form (whole food formulas) as a useful way to quickly resolve deficiencies...
Like innate response\mega foods formulas... they always state with their single mineral supplements, like selenium, with trace minerals on the label in addition to the selenium, as a whole food form is NEVER just selenium it is always found bound to something in nature.
So, if you are getting adequate "wanted" alkaline minerals in whole food forms, you are likely getting adequate acid elements as well being bound to each other.
This may address deficiencies over time, however this too depends upon your environment being clean or polluted, as a polluted environment will pull minerals, predominantly the alkaline ones, from your body at a faster rate.
