Don't forget nettles! The beloved poet-saint Milarepa was a great nettle-eater, and it's way more than mere suvival food.
(david Wolfe has a vido that expolains how to "taco" a nettle leaf--if you're into the raw.

Makes a delicious "meaty" 'tea' i like with a touch of tamari. That can give me enough energy for a whole day. The seeds too can be eaten in porridge. (mm. good whole oats)

I'm fasting right now. no food. Eating from 'another place', as I am telling the body. I have an idea it's a lot like 'breathing from another place', which i know you can do with a waterfall, say, and feel rejuvenated, and will likely get easier.
