Yea - this should be an herbal staple.. and my Grandma showed me what they looked like years ago...I will need to re-learn that....

You are a fasting champion as I recall...?? I am envious... I have done 6 days on juice before, several 3 day efforts.. and numerous 1 days...

How many days for you this time ? Water ?

I need to get this mineral thing straightened out first.. then will likely do another veg juice fast...
