Re: Do I need some acid ? Worth a try?

Hi, R!

When one has been on the Moreless protocol for a while and one's organs are strong enough, more acids in the form of various fermented foods, more ACV, and a variety of healthy oils are a great idea. One can cautiously try adding them, and will thrive if it is time and the amount is right, crash if not.

I have been heading that way for several months. An underestimation of my need for these was one contributing factor in those mysterious crashes/setbacks that I used to have. Not enough acids, too much alkali=bogging down the fire of life!!! Then when the highly variable weather here produced a shift upward in NPN content, WHAM! Down I went!!!

When one is stuck with quite a bit of poor, NPN-containing foods and finding that ES to bowel tolerance may not be enough, one can add more lime water in balance with more ES. Best to have more kelp, more complex carbs like the BSM and lots more acid too, or will get bogged down as I mentioned above.

May have to use a kelp such as Dulce for your extra, or a combo of the A. digitata and L. digitata. I find it least complicated to use dulce or other seaweeds seldom mentioned here for most of my extra beyond basic drink, both in the super-charging infection-fighting formula ML gave us recently and in my meals.

Hope that may give you some ideas???

Di
