I have been adhering to a VERY alkaline diet.. for some time... perhaps a mix of some acids will be helpful.
I do like preparing fermented vegs, and have some acv in the fridge.. have not used it in some time - thanks for the suggestion.
I will add salmon a couple of time per week for starters... will have pumpkin/sunflower seeds once.. and almonds.. or perhaps no protien... on a day or two...
I may be missing protien...?? The addition of the skim milk does seem to have made me stronger... I will be sure to keep it...
