Yes, you can... plant your bio-dynamic, organic garden along with fruit trees.

Tend the soil properly... replace what has been removed.

There are, in the meantime, several sources of food based silica dependent upon the quality of the foods...

Mineral rich drinking water is one... I suspect the drinking from fresh, clean free flowing streams was one of the best sources for man at one time.

Alfalfa and Horsetail, which can both be used as teas, or as a fine powder in a green food smoothie.

Then there are beets, peppers, whole brown rice, leafy green vegetables, root vegetables, whole grains...

NO PROCESSED FOODS...

HOWEVER, again, quality of the food matters first and foremost!
