Wow, I am so impressed that I inspired someone else to start fasting!! =)
I probably won't update everyone quite as much this second time around, but good to see you are fasting! =) Keep us posted!! All of your ideas look really good, although 2 hours of brisk walking might only work if you break it into chunks throughout the day. I was pretty beat on the fast!
I too would like to get to 21 days or so. =) So glad to hear I have a buddy! =)
