Just a quick reply as I am on my way out.
I take the cleansing enema maybe 1/2 hour to 1 hour before the coffee enema.
When I get dry skin, my electrolytes are usually out of balance. Coffee too strong or volume too much. I cut down on the coffee in strength and in volume.
After many trials and errors, I came up with my formula which you will find in my BLog under "M", My 5 day fast by propaul.

When I am on a bowel cleanse, I take five psyllium, Bentonite and chlorophyl drink a day, two or three cleansing enemas followed by a coffee enema. For more detail also see under "Diabetes Type II Alternatives Forum" on page 5 "My treatment for Diabetes II by propaul" second reply.
