I done my 4th enema today. It was my first coffee enema, the SA Wilsons enema coffee. Unfortunetly it wasnt as a succesful as the water ename has been , i struggled to keep it in. I dunno if it because it was im not used to coffee, or maybe the water was too hot. Some rubbish did come out.

However im not sure if all the enema i took in came out is it possible it can go to far up and remains in the bowel?

Another thing i have noticed is my skin has become really dry, is this normal?

This was also not as relaxing as the water ename, i struggled to sleep afterwards, probably because i was worried about not disgaurding all the enema back again.

Am i overdoing it ?? Too much eneams too soon? Does it affect my bowels natural regeneration? I also take Psyllium husks everyday to maintain regular bowel movement...is this ok?
