Re: Done my 3rd enema!! Yet more questions!!
Hi Mantonia!
Congratulation on your 3rd enema. 7 to 10 minutes is fine. It’s better to inject slow than fast. It is easier to retain and causes less cramping. Retain the enema for as long as you can massaging your abdomen counter clockwise. This will move the fluid further “up” your bowels and give you a deeper cleansing.
I don’t suffer from asthma but suffer from emphysema. Sometimes I will suffer wheezing when I take an extra large enema, over 2 quarts.
I am guessing. It is caused by the bowels filling up fairly rapidly and restricting the movement of your diaphragm. Also taking a deep enema always puts some strain on your body and this may cause some difficultly in breathing. I am really not too sure of the cause. I have been doing deep enemas for over 50 years and my wheezing did not start until a few year ago when I got emphysema. I have never worried about this as it goes away fairly rapidly.
Although I haven’t been on a
Water Fast for many years, I do go on a juice fast fairly regularly. I am wondering if you notice that after the 3rd enema you will get less and less solid excrement and the enemas get easier to take. After the 3rd enema I feel that my bowels are finally empty and I can inject more fluid with less discomfort.
