So im meant to take a cleansing enema before taking a coffee enema? DO u mean at the same time? Or just a few days before? Also i did strain the coffee granules out of the enema first.

I wonder if anyone has suffered with the dry skin? And does anyone take psyluiim husks. or know if this ok?
