Thanks for your detailed responses, i cant thank you enough, I cant believe how long you guys have been doing enemas for!! Incredible, i feel like the young apprentice lol.

Alot of rubbish came out yesterday and i feel really good 2day. Alot of energy, feeling positive and healthy! The mild weezing i had went away, maybe its clearing my system??

I aint sure of how to insert the nozzle the correct way, however i believe i will find out the more i use it. Also i find it easier to lie on my back than on my right side...is it better to do all the posistions back, knee-chest and right side posistion..or alternate?
