Did my 2nd enema...a lot better...some more questions.

This time i was able to hold the water in for about over 20mins. A lot more rubbish came out aswell. Feel really satisfied.

However, i wonder if anyone can tell me how they clean there enemas kits, particularly the nozzle, and any ideas for storing.

Another thing is that i have order the SA Wilsons coffee, but i wonder anyone can advise on what salt to get. Is unrefined the same as coarse Sea Salt ?
