That is good to hear... Make sure you take matters into your own hands. If your doctor doesnt bring up doing a culture or a biopsy you need to insist if not demand it. Remember, you are your best advocate (I can't stress that enough). Tell him all the symtoms don't be shy about it let them feel what your going though.

Regarding your feelings.. I understand that very well, ten years ago being 20ish.. Wanting to be appealing to the opposite sex ect ect.... Dealing with a disease that made me feel like I was going mad... Trust me.. I get it!

I got over it in time... We all learn to be comfortable in our own skin even when our skin is being rebellious!! In many ways you are lucky! You have found a group of people here that can share a lot of knowledge with you.

The first and most important step you must take is to understand what your dealing with. I pray tomorrow goes well for you!

Regarding your question about scarring it took many years.. You have time and your hair!
